  • Supported several large Pharma/biotech players in their business model innovation efforts from strategy all the way to commercialization
  • ​Identified opportunities, defined solutions, built compelling business cases to warrant investments totaling over $100Million
  • Identified potential partners, defined and implemented partnership models in Diabetes management, Oncology and Cardiovascular
  • Led development of a cross functional Framework as the basis for the business model innovation efforts of a large agro-biotech player
  • Supported the corporate leadership on design of innovation organization and the required systems, processes, capabilities and org structure. My work included every enabler beyond the molecule, including formulation, companion diagnostics, services, delivery devices and digital tools.

Digital Health 

  • For a large biotech player, acted as Commercialization Lead and member of cross functional product team for a novel FDA-regulated predictive data analytics software in Oncology to enable personalized medicine as a clinical decision support tool (CDS) integrated with EMRs;
  • Identified User Needs and marketing requirements, collaborated on software requirements document and provided voice of customer to technical team, developed business plan, revenue model, pricing, and go-to-market approach; Supported development of minimum viable product, obtained customer feedback to rapidly iterate the design for launch
  • Supported the CX function in developing novel user-centric solutions to support launch of a novel Oncology drug in several European countries; Concepts were anchored in patient journey and user experience frameworks


Marketing and product Launch

  • Created a non-clinical differentiation marketing campaign for the launch of a novel anti-Diabetes oral agent; Scope of the work spanned international markets as well as the US
  • Developed a launch plan and checklist for a pioneering player in cardiovascular imaging


Post-Merger Integration

  • Supported and led a team in post-merger integration efforts for a large agro-biotech player, with combined revenue of the businesses exceeding $8 Billion

 

Start-Up Support

  •  Business Development - Led business development and sales effort for several TeleHealth and Healthcare IT startups in consumer-driven diagnostics, health education and personal health management
  • Product Positioning - supported several start-ups in creating and fine-tuning their "pitch" to potential investors and strategic partners
  • Fund Raising - Supported several start ups in raising angel and VC funds in early stages

  • Conducted several due diligence and advisory projects for Companion Dx and POC Diagnostics fro private equity and family offices
